No, you don't need to worry about supplying cleaning materials. I charge a $10 service fee to all invoices and come fully equipped with all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a thorough and efficient cleaning process.

I always try to prioritize the safety of your family, including pets and children. I try to use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products such as Mrs. Meyers, Dawn, Dr Bronners and Sprayway that are safe for your loved ones and the environment - but if the area requires harsh chemicals such as bleach or BKF for cleaning, they will be used. 

Pricing for my cleaning services is based on various factors, including the type of service, the size of the area to be cleaned, and any specific requirements you may have. I provide competitive and transparent pricing, and you can select your customized quote by selecting your add-ons. My customers can customize my services to their needs. If you have problem areas that require more than twenty minutes of scrubbing, your encouraged to be truthful about the soiled area to ensure proper cleaning supplies are available.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning service, I kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a 35-dollar cancelation fee. This allows me to adjust my schedule accordingly. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

No, not if you want to include the kitchen and bathrooms. The rate will be based on the overall square footage. 

Yes, if you only want one level cleaned. Pictures may be required of new clients to receive the discount. 

No, you are not required to be home. All lock box or garage codes are required a minimum of 24 hours in advance to avoid automatic cancelation. 

All homes under 2,600 SQ FT typically take less than four hours to complete if there are no problem areas and minimal add-ons. 

Yes, after the initial deep cleaning your bi-weekly upkeep rate would be the same as the basic residential cleaning. Some things such as baseboards, ovens, hoods and knic nac are alternated between each weeks cleans. Pet fee's are waived with bi-weekly service.
