Pets
We asked that pets are caged or put in a place not being serviced during your clean.
Parking
The service won't be done if the customer has limited guest parking, paid parking or underground parking
Inclement weather rule
If Saint Paul or Minneapolis public schools are closed than so are we. We will automatically rebook to the next available appointment.
Payments
All payments are due prior to our arrival to avoid automatic cancelation.
Last Minute Cancelations
We have a 48 hour cancelation policy to avoid a non refundable $35 last minute cancelation.
